Salary: $146,000 – $204,500

What you will do

• Design and deliver reliable software solutions across services, applying strong coding fundamentals and API design.
• Own technical execution for complex components and translate business needs into scalable engineering outcomes.
• Contribute to system architecture decisions, balancing performance, availability, security, and operational excellence.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and improve service health through monitoring and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver end-to-end solutions and share technical knowledge.
• Integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions to improve product outcomes and engineering workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience building and supporting production systems.
• Strong foundation in object-oriented programming, low-level system design, and distributed systems debugging.
• Experience in JVM technologies, specifically Kotlin and functional programming.
• Proficiency with SQL (Aurora) and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB, DocumentDB).
• Experience in cloud-based environments with CI/CD practices and secure engineering fundamentals.

• Experience leading technical delivery for complex initiatives and influencing design decisions.
• Success building high-availability systems with strong observability and performance optimization.
