Salary: 140,000-200,000 USD/Year + Bonus + Stock depending on experience

What you will do

• Collaborate with product teams to scope projects, reduce scope for quick customer feedback, and navigate integration/UX tradeoffs via cross-platform SDK.
• Optimize functionality for faster loading and intelligent parsing through efficient abstractions and algorithm improvements.
• Ship cloud functions, lightweight backend services, and jobs using Kotlin.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (Bellevue, WA preferred).
• Systems thinking with end-to-end design and value on simplicity.
• Ability to work quickly, generate ideas, and prioritize shipping.
• Focus and collaboration skills in a high-growth remote startup environment.
• Experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (Java OK as base).
