What you will do

• Act as the central orchestration engine to scale capital renewals to 90+ projects annually.
• Bridge the gap between project delivery teams and enterprise support units.
• Implement scalable PMO practices and reporting cadences to keep cross-functional projects on track.
• Build and maintain a centralized information repository (SSOT) for site plans and build statuses.
• Identify and resolve internal critical path bottlenecks, including licensing and marketing constraints.
• Develop and implement new operational processes to improve interactions between renewal teams and support functions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience managing complex programs or PMOs, ideally in retail or hospitality.
• Proven track record in process optimization and redesigning operational "ways of working".
• Experience driving accountability across matrixed internal teams (Legal, Marketing, Ops, Tech).
• Strong skills in information architecture and managing tools like Google Workspace or SharePoint.
• Experience in data consolidation and preparation of executive-level reporting.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney.
