What you will do

• Drive a sustainable culture of delivery across complex, platform-focused engineering groups.
• Influence and guide cross-functional stakeholders through platform programs and reliability initiatives.
• Monitor delivery health and maintain clear dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Develop and codify Ways of Working to facilitate consistent team engagement.
• Drive incident management programs and coordinate technical debt consolidation.
• Partner with the TPM specialty to build and refine the craft and practice at hirify.global.

Requirements

• 5+ years of TPM experience in a SaaS company with hands-on platform or infrastructure engineering context.
• Technical depth in backend architecture, platform dependencies, and engineering trade-offs.
• Familiarity with reliability engineering concepts including SLOs, incident management, and observability.
• Deep understanding of agile product development processes and the SDLC.
• Proven ability to lead and influence Engineering Leads and Product Managers.
• Must be based in Australia with the ability to work from one of the listed campus locations.
