Location: Hybrid/Remote (Australia). Candidates have the choice to work from home or from company campuses in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Auckland, or Adelaide.

What you will do

• Govern the end-to-end release process for major events like hirify.global Create and Droptober.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive release calendar and documentation.
• Design and implement scalable release processes and tooling to support organizational growth.
• Coordinate feature launches across product, engineering, marketing, and user feedback teams.
• Facilitate communication between departments to resolve release-related issues.
• Drive continuous improvement of release practices based on retrospectives and stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of TPM or release management experience in a complex organization.
• Deep understanding of release management, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies.
• Experience coordinating large-scale, cross-functional releases involving diverse teams.
• Proven ability to lead through influence without direct authority.
• Experience building scalable and repeatable processes from the ground up.
• Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
