What you will do
- Drive end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary programs across API and User Platform groups.
- Coordinate efforts across multiple teams to ensure visibility, accountability, and timely resolution of blockers.
- Support engineering leads in capacity planning, milestone shaping, and prioritization.
- Manage program risks and dependencies while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Facilitate transparent decision-making and maintain consistency in planning and documentation practices.
- Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to influence strategic decisions and drive alignment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager at a SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience in platform engineering domains, specifically API infrastructure, traffic management, or identity/permissions systems.
- Deep familiarity with Agile product development methodologies and technical fluency to engage in engineering discussions.
- Proven ability to lead through influence and navigate complex, ambiguous environments.
- Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers on large-scale initiatives.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on strategic thinking and promoting accountability.
