What you will do

• Prepare, file, and track IP applications for patents, trademarks, and designs in coordination with internal teams and external attorneys.
• Manage deadlines, renewals, and annuities across multiple jurisdictions to ensure portfolio continuity.
• Assist in patent and trademark prosecution, preparing necessary forms, powers of attorney, and supporting documentation.
• Manage IP-related documentation, including invention disclosures, assignments, licenses, and NDAs.
• Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for internal stakeholders and external IP offices.
• Generate IP portfolio reports, track costs, and support budgeting and audit exercises.

Requirements

• Degree in Administrative and Paralegal studies.
• Additional specialized training on patent prosecution for paralegals.
• English: Advanced proficiency (C1-C2) required.
• Location: Resident of or authorized to work in Madrid, Spain.
