What you will do

• Develop and manage overall project execution plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Supervise on-site operations, ensuring strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Coordinate project stakeholders, including subcontractors, engineers, and client representatives.
• Monitor expenditures and ensure strict budget adherence and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering a safety-first culture and high performance.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including technical reports, permits, and progress logs.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering or a related field.
• At least 10 years of on-site project management experience in large-scale industrial projects.
• Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Strong understanding of contract administration and frameworks like FIDIC.
• In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations relevant to industrial projects.

Nice to have

• PMP Certification.
• Experience in industrial dismantling or decommissioning projects.
