Salary: $124,500 – $172,725

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain HIL test bench systems.
• Configure test hardware, including power supplies, actuators, and sensor mapping.
• Integrate and support communication with Digital Twin systems.
• Assemble and debug HIL hardware and electrical harnesses.
• Execute test procedures, collect data, and support technical analysis.
• Troubleshoot electrical and hardware issues in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience with HIL systems (e.g., NI PXI, dSpace, Speedgoat).
• Proficiency in NI HIL software (LabVIEW, TestStand) and scripting in Python, C++, or C#.
• Hands-on experience with data acquisition and electrical integration.
• Must be able to work 100% onsite in El Segundo, CA.
• Unable to provide visa sponsorship; must be compliant with U.S. export controls.

Nice to have

• Exposure to HW-SW integration and standardized test procedures.
• Understanding of fundamental controls and software testing processes.
• Interest in real-time simulation systems and FPGA-based systems.
• Familiarity with trace capture or advanced data analysis tools.
