What you will do

• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional design specifications and user stories.
• Manage and prioritize requirements in collaboration with product management and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze complex business processes to identify automation opportunities and perform data mapping for platform integrations.
• Document feature sets and collaborate with Quality Assurance to validate system functionality against specifications.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing sessions and manage the operations handoff for launched features.
• Communicate risks, assumptions, and project decisions to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in Guatemala
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a relevant role.
• Strong knowledge of Web and Mobile platforms and experience working with APIs.
• Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and creating mockups, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools including Microsoft Visio, Excel, JIRA, and Confluence.

Nice to have

• Certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA.
• Hands-on quality assurance background with full-cycle testing experience.
• Experience with Business Process Management Solutions like Macess.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
