What you will do

• Set the end-to-end design strategy across rider, customer, and partner ecosystems in five European markets.
• Lead the AI adoption roadmap, establishing frameworks and automated design workflows.
• Manage, coach, and mentor a multidisciplinary design team while scaling design operations.
• Integrate AI-powered prototyping and content-generation tools to improve team efficiency.
• Align Product, Brand, and Marketing design from project kickoff through launch.
• Drive consistent physical and digital brand experiences using hyper-localized, context-aware visual assets.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product or brand design.
• 4+ years leading multidisciplinary design teams in fast-scaling technology, e-commerce, or quick-commerce companies.
• Deep understanding of how AI models affect product experiences, design systems, and creative production pipelines.
• Experience scaling teams, establishing design operations, and presenting design-led AI strategies to C-suite stakeholders.
• A portfolio demonstrating high-impact work, strategic system design, and use of modern AI tools.
