Staff Product Designer (Logistics, Order Tracking): Shaping and revamping order-tracking experiences across Delivery Hero’s consumer apps with an accent on user-centric design, design systems, and data-driven optimization. Focus on leading end-to-end design, analyzing research and A/B testing insights, facilitating workshops, and building scalable experiences for customers, riders, and merchants.
Location: Berlin, Germany; hybrid work with two days per week in the Berlin campus

What you will do
- Lead the design efforts to revamp the order-tracking experience across brands.
- Own the end-to-end design process from ideation through launch, balancing usability, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Use research, user feedback, data, and A/B testing to refine the order-tracking journey.
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmaps while developing scalable design-system solutions.
- Collaborate with researchers, product managers, and engineers; facilitate workshops and design sprints.
- Champion visual design, accessibility, interaction design, and design excellence while mentoring other designers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a product designer.
- Experience designing complex platforms, including essential app experience.
- Strong visual design skills, a user-centric mindset, strategic thinking, and experience contributing to design systems.
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, plus experience with design metrics analysis.
- Strong workshop facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with B2C products.
- Experience with animation concepts.
