What you will do

• Drive strategic product initiatives in partnership with Product Leadership.
• Take full ownership of product planning, execution, delivery, and ongoing optimization.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable product roadmaps and priorities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, and business stakeholder teams.
• Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Balance technical constraints with business priorities and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience owning and managing enterprise products or platforms.
• Strong product leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
• Technical aptitude and experience working closely with engineering teams.
• Location: Must be based in LATAM

Nice to have

• Consulting experience or experience working directly with external clients.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, or Figma.
• Experience with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve discovery, analysis, and delivery flow.
• Knowledge of adoption metrics, release readiness criteria, and post-release feedback loops.
