Location: On-site in San Francisco Bay Area

Salary: $140K – $200K + 0.75% – 1.5% equity

What you will do

• Develop core product surfaces, including employee-facing guidance UX and manager dashboards.
• Implement and wire up LLM features for production use.
• Own features end-to-end, from initial prototype to production deployment.
• Collaborate directly with customers and turn pilot feedback into product changes within the same week.
• Set up telemetry and evaluation systems to ensure ROI insights are credible.
• Architect key parts of the system and shape the engineering culture and hiring as the first engineer.

Requirements

• Experience shipping full-stack production-ready products in fast-moving environments.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript, React, Next.js, backend APIs, and Postgres.
• Comfortable building across both web and desktop platforms using Electron, Tauri, or similar.
• Proven track record of building LLM-powered features in production.
• Must be based in or work on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area.
• Production-grade habits including CI/CD, testing, observability, and pragmatic system design.

Nice to have

• Experience building browser-based automation tools.
• Experience developing developer or enterprise-focused tools.
