What you will do

• Lead day-to-day delivery of Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads and SA360, ensuring alignment with client KPIs.
• Guide activation teams to ensure flawless execution, including QA, launch readiness, and budget pacing.
• Develop strategic direction and translate it into efficient, accurate campaign delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, presenting Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic recommendations.
• Mentor and develop team competencies, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Oversee financial management, including forecasting, budget pacing, and reconciliations.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Proven experience in a similar role within an agency environment.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads and SA360, including campaign setup and performance optimization.
• Strong experience managing performance-driven campaigns with a focus on ROAS and revenue growth.
• Experience leading and developing teams with robust ways of working.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Data Studio for reporting and data visualization.
• Experience across Performance Max and traditional search formats.
