What you will do

• Administer prescribed methadone and buprenorphine while ensuring strict medication accountability.
• Evaluate and assess patients for treatment appropriateness and follow all physician orders.
• Perform venipuncture, collect urine specimens, and record results.
• Maintain accurate patient dosing records and reconcile medication inventory.
• Collaborate with counselors and nursing team members to monitor patient progress.
• Ensure compliance with DEA, regulatory, and accrediting agency requirements.

Requirements

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of employment
• BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency in data entry and basic computing knowledge.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience in addiction medicine.
• Knowledge of dosing equipment, centrifuge, physical assessment tools, and breathalyzers.
