What you will do

• Perform clinical systems compliance audits across Wisconsin Assisted Living communities.
• Track and manage corrective action plans for adverse findings.
• Conduct internal investigations regarding clinical and compliance issues.
• Facilitate compliance activities and provide education on ALF and HIPAA regulations.
• Travel extensively (70%) to support field operations and clinical teams.

Requirements

• Active LPN, LVN, or RN license in Wisconsin or a compact state.
• Must reside near a major airport in Wisconsin.
• Experience in Healthcare Compliance or Assisted Living environments.
• Understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks in the Assisted Living industry.
• Ability to work independently in a home office and travel as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
