What you will do

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and implement nursing interventions based on the nursing process.
• Execute routine nursing duties including phlebotomy, medication administration, and vital signs measurement.
• Triage and prioritize incoming telephone calls using clinical assessment skills.
• Coordinate and initiate patient education programs and support groups.
• Manage urgent and emergent medical situations according to organizational emergency protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical departments to coordinate seamless patient care.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Valid State Licensed Registered Nurse for the state of employment.
• Certification in Basic CPR.
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in an acute or ambulatory care environment.
