What you will do

• Design and maintain features for customers and users in collaboration with Product and Network teams.
• Develop high-quality, performant, and reliable code with a high degree of autonomy.
• Integrate AI tools into coding, review, and deployment processes to increase efficiency.
• Lead project scoping, requirement discussions, and technical trade-off analysis.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and maintain technical documentation.
• Mentor other engineers through code reviews and drive engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building complex web applications with Ruby on Rails and React.
• Must be based in the United States (as indicated by US-specific benefits and salary ranges).
• Strong focus on quality, including writing unit and integration tests.
• Ability to work independently on well-defined problems while knowing when to ask for help.
• Effective communication and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Experience with electronic signatures, identity verification, or online notarization products.
• Familiarity with regulated or compliance-heavy product environments.
• Experience with GraphQL and AWS.
