Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 a year

What you will do
- Design and maintain features for customers and users in collaboration with Product and Network teams.
- Develop high-quality, performant, and reliable code with a high degree of autonomy.
- Integrate AI tools into coding, review, and deployment processes to increase efficiency.
- Lead project scoping, requirement discussions, and technical trade-off analysis.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and maintain technical documentation.
- Mentor other engineers through code reviews and drive engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building complex web applications with Ruby on Rails and React.
- Must be based in the United States (as indicated by US-specific benefits and salary ranges).
- Strong focus on quality, including writing unit and integration tests.
- Ability to work independently on well-defined problems while knowing when to ask for help.
- Effective communication and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Nice to have
- Experience with electronic signatures, identity verification, or online notarization products.
- Familiarity with regulated or compliance-heavy product environments.
- Experience with GraphQL and AWS.
