What you will do

• Own frontend surfaces for admin-facing travel policy features end-to-end.
• Drive the migration from a Ruby on Rails monolith to TypeScript microservices.
• Coordinate with car, flight, and hotel verticals to supply policy and permission data.
• Introduce and improve A/B testing and event tracking mechanisms.
• Develop AI-integrated admin interfaces for policy management via Slack and other AI-native channels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on system-wide permission and policy changes.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React (frontend-heavy profiles preferred).
• Experience with Ruby on Rails for working within the existing monolith.
• Proven ability to work in cross-team or platform-adjacent codebases where changes affect multiple systems.
• Must be based in Latin America (Contractor role).
• AI-forward mindset with active use of AI tooling in daily coding workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS microservices (ECS, Lambda).
• Experience with A/B testing or event tracking tools (e.g., Amplitude).
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases.
• Background in Java or Kotlin.
