What you will do

• Integrate full-vehicle co-simulation packages for vehicle dynamics and related disciplines across EV, PHEV, and ICE programs.
• Develop and integrate virtual models for active chassis systems, including EBCM, EPS, ARS, and SADS.
• Create and verify FMU-based embedded controller models and serial data communication interfaces (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
• Build multi-body and 1-D vehicle dynamics models for Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulation platforms.
• Debug embedded software using C/C++ and automate simulation scripts with MATLAB and Python.
• Manage plant and controller models using GitHub and Simulation Data Management (SDM) tools.

Requirements

• BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in simulation integration.
• Must not require immigration sponsorship now or in the future (H1-B, OPT, etc.).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• MS degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field.
• 5+ years of experience and automotive hands-on experience (building or modifying vehicles).
• Experience with Simpack, MSC ADAMS, CarSim, or IPG CarMaker.
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink, Git, and Python/C++.
