What you will do

• Lead end-to-end enablement programs from needs discovery and design through delivery and iteration.
• Design training content, certifications, and sales toolkits to support SDRs and AEs.
• Translate the sales process and buyer journey into practical, role-relevant learning paths.
• Partner with Product and Revenue Analytics to align priorities and track KPIs for program effectiveness.
• Facilitate training sessions and provide regular updates on adoption and impact to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in an enablement or program management role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Sales Engagement, and Conversation Intelligence platforms.
• Proven ability in instructional design and creating high-quality sales training content.
• Strong project management skills with experience operating in an agile environment.
• Ability to communicate and explain complex product and technical concepts effectively.
