What you will do

• Support forensic engagements in matrimonial litigation, including income, lifestyle, and cash flow analysis.
• Provide expert opinions and testimony regarding current compensation, wage loss, and future earning capacity.
• Oversee day-to-day case workflow and deliverables across multiple concurrent matters in various industries.
• Deliver thought leadership on executive compensation strategies, program architecture, and incentive plan design.
• Provide technical guidance and review work product to ensure quality and consistency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in executive compensation consulting with a focus on litigious matters.
• Prior expert testimony experience is required.
• Exposure to expert witness work and family law proceedings.
• Bachelor’s Degree; CPA or compensation credentials (CCP, CECP) strongly preferred.
• Ability to synthesize complex financial documentation for legal audiences and deliver defensible opinions.
• Must be based in the USA
