What you will do

• Apply advanced engineering techniques to solve complex structural problems for hydropower projects.
• Prepare complex engineering deliverables, calculations, and research for equipment and materials selection.
• Lead production teams, coordinate multi-discipline activities, and serve as the responsible charge for projects.
• Manage assigned budgets, schedules, and quality requirements for multiple projects.
• Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and performance management for lower-level engineering staff.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project delivery with client interests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from a recognized accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding, including criminal/civil background checks, drug screens, and motor vehicle records search.
• Ability to independently apply advanced engineering techniques and analysis.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ASME BTH.
• Proficiency with structural analysis software such as RISA 3D, STAADPro, or SAP 2000.
• Proficiency with non-structural software including AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Mathcad.
