What you will do

• Provide technical guidance and direction on department design guides, standards, and engineering codes.
• Prepare complex engineering deliverables and calculations for mega projects.
• Oversee equipment and materials selection through complex research and data analysis.
• Coordinate with internal and external team members to define project schedules and manage budgets.
• Mentor lower and mid-level professionals and oversee performance management for the engineering team.
• Define client interests and drivers to develop tailored engineering approaches for complex projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 11 years of related work experience.
• Professional registration as an engineer.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding including background checks and drug screening.
• Strong background in steel and reinforced concrete design for industrial facilities.

• Experience in Front End Design and conceptual studies for power plants.
