What you will do

• Supervise line and hangar maintenance activities and assign work functions to AMTs.
• Ensure all maintenance is performed in compliance with FAA regulations, GMM, and company policies.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Operations Control (MOC) and Planning to resolve problems affecting aircraft status.
• Review and maintain maintenance documentation and the Maintenance Information System (MIS) for accuracy.
• Conduct safety briefings and maintain a clean work environment to prevent Foreign Object Damage (FOD).
• Authorize overtime, vacations, and training schedules for direct reports.

Requirements

• Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License (A&P) with recent commercial aircraft experience.
• 5+ years of aviation maintenance experience maintaining commercial aircraft.
• Must have authorization to work in the US.
• Valid driver's license and passport with unrestricted travel capabilities.
• Ability to pass a DOT pre-employment drug test and TSA fingerprint-based criminal background check.
• Fluent English proficiency (written and oral).

Nice to have

• Experience maintaining Embraer E-Jet family aircraft.
• 2+ years of experience in a management or leadership role.
• Working knowledge of FAA regulations, including FAR part 121 operations.
• Familiarity with Maintenance Information Systems (MIS) such as TRAX.
• Degree in Aerospace, Aviation Maintenance, or Business.
