What you will do

• Assign, lead, and direct the maintenance work of AMTs under your supervision.
• Ensure all maintenance duties comply with the Breeze General Maintenance Manual (GMM) and FAA regulations.
• Coordinate aircraft status updates and communications with Maintenance Operations Control (MOC).
• Maintain and verify accurate documentation for all inspections and corrective actions.
• Oversee the safety and cleanliness of the work area and ensure all tooling is accounted for.
• Identify and notify leadership of any conditions that compromise the airworthiness of aircraft.

Requirements

• Must hold a current, valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant License (A&P).
• 5+ years of experience maintaining commercial aircraft.
• Must have authorization to work in the US.
• Valid driver's license and a valid passport with no travel restrictions.
• Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications.
• Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug test and a TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check.

Nice to have

• Experience maintaining Airbus A220 and Embraer E-Jet family aircraft.
• Working knowledge of FAA regulations including FAR part 121 operations.
• Familiarity with airline Maintenance Information Systems (MIS) such as TRAX.
• Degree in Aerospace, Aviation Maintenance, or Business.
