What you will do
- Manage offline device issues and improve monitoring for Perfecto clouds and microservices.
- Respond to customer escalations and communicate status to internal and external stakeholders.
- Update mobile device firmware/software and maintain the device database.
- Troubleshoot Windows, Linux, and global networking issues within a SaaS environment.
- On-board new systems and devices into data centers and Perfecto Mobile.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and lead automation of monitoring tools.
Requirements
- Ability to work graveyard shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7/365 NOC environment.
- 3 years of professional work experience.
- Knowledge of Android and iOS operating systems.
- Experience with Windows registry and Windows event log analysis.
- Proficiency with trouble ticketing and change management tools.
- Must be based in Lowell, MA for on-site work.

- Knowledge of AWS, Confluence, JIRA, and Salesforce.
