What you will do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist clients with scheduling appointments and providing case status updates.
• Conduct preliminary screenings to determine case eligibility.
• Document client information accurately in the case management system.
• Follow intake scripts and workflows to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, and case managers.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in intake, customer service, or call center roles.
• U.S. law firm experience is required.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn CRM/case management software.
• Must be available to work 9 am - 5 pm EST.
