Salary: $220,000 - $295,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as the primary operating partner to the CPO, managing the rhythm of the business, staff meetings, and Board preparations.
• Lead the CPO’s geographic expansion agenda across 32 global markets, translating market entry priorities into product decisions and roadmap sequencing.
• Architect and execute the company's cross-category loyalty program from concept and architecture to consumer experience.
• Drive annual roadmap, dollarization, and long-range planning in collaboration with Finance and Product leadership.
• Deploy AI-enhanced tools to synthesize portfolio signals and surface strategic risks, prioritization tradeoffs, and resource gaps.
• Partner with HR to oversee org design, headcount strategy, and leadership onboarding within the Product Development organization.

Requirements

• 7–12+ years of experience in strategic operations, chief of staff, management consulting, or product/engineering leadership.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in the United States (Needham, MA).
• Proven track record as a trusted partner to C-suite or ELT-level executives in complex, fast-moving organizations.
• Strong working knowledge of consumer product development and hardware/software roadmaps.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI tools, automation, or data analytics in a strategic operations or executive support context.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
