What you will do

• Develop schedules, milestones, and priorities for internal communication initiatives.
• Partner with the Communications team to create and publish content, supporting editorial and video planning.
• Implement frameworks for internal communications, including best practices, tools, and measurement strategies.
• Manage the internal email platform and Content Management System (CMS) to drive engagement and efficiency.
• Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and company values.
• Gather and analyze engagement data to provide periodic reporting and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or marketing.
• 6+ years of progressive experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of communications concepts, strategy, and editorial standards.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Wrike, Workshop, and Divvy.
• Strong research, analysis, and presentation skills for data reporting.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements including background checks and drug screening.
