What you will do

• Tech lead the engineering team and guide the technical and product roadmap.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable backend systems supporting hundreds of millions of users.
• Own critical social features such as profiles, online presence, and co-play tools.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to build platform features for user identity expression.
• Mentor engineers and uplevel the overall technical capability of the team.
• Enforce high quality standards throughout the entire development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience designing and supporting large-scale distributed fault-tolerant services.
• Proficiency in compiled languages such as C#, Java, or C++.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Must have United States work authorization (certain visa categories and H-1B sponsorship may not be supported).
