What you will do

• Lead the architectural design of production-grade ML workloads across the entire MLOps lifecycle, from pipeline creation to cloud integration.
• Build MVPs and lead deep-dive technical sessions to strategically align ML/data science solutions with complex customer business challenges.
• Serve as a technical advisor for GenAI solutions, specializing in RAG architectures and enterprise knowledge bases.
• Drive platform adoption and community growth through technical tutorials, training materials, and industry conferences.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to guide customers in aligning their technical roadmaps with the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

• Technical background in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering.
• Hands-on experience developing cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) for ML deployment and drift monitoring.
• Proficiency in NLP, vector databases, LLM fine-tuning, and tools such as HuggingFace, Langchain, and OpenAI.
• Experience working with distributed Spark-based systems.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to communicate and teach technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a pre-sales or post-sales role.
• Experience using Apache Spark™ to process large-scale distributed datasets.
