Salary: £170K – £445K + Equity

What you will do

• Design, prototype, and scale up new architectures to improve model intelligence
• Execute and analyze experiments both autonomously and collaboratively
• Study, debug, and optimize both model and computational performance
• Contribute to training and inference infrastructure

Requirements

• Experience landing contributions to major LLM training runs
• Deep understanding of LLM architectures and sophisticated understanding of model inference
• Ability to evaluate and improve deep learning architectures in a self-directed fashion
• Proficiency with state-of-the-art transformer modifications for efficiency
• Must be based in or able to relocate to London
