What you will do

• Review and validate customer invoices for pricing, formatting, and charge accuracy before distribution.
• Perform quality assurance checks across all billing cycles to ensure completeness and consistency.
• Compare invoice data against source systems, billing inputs, and customer contracts.
• Document and escalate billing variances and recurring issues to the operations supervisor or analyst.
• Collaborate with IT and finance teams to resolve discrepancies impacting invoice timing or accuracy.
• Support end-to-end testing and validation during system migrations or new product introductions.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or finance operations.
• Must be based in or able to work in the Charlotte, NC area for a hybrid setup.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data validation and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with enterprise billing systems such as SAP BRIM.

• Experience with large-scale billing platforms.
• Knowledge of telecommunications billing cycles and quality control practices.
