TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Overland Park, KS, US. Hybrid options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment.

What you will do

  • Generate, audit, and distribute draft invoices and credit memos to Project Management based on contract understanding.
  • Ensure contract terms are strictly followed regarding billing rates and schedules.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Accountants and Project Controls personnel.
  • Address Project Management queries regarding billing criteria and invoice drafts.
  • Provide support for client and annual corporate audit activities.
  • Assist in continuous improvement and change management efforts associated with process implementation.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the US (Overland Park, KS).
  • Typically two years of experience or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Visa Sponsorship: Not available.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic knowledge of technical accounting and percent complete accounting.
  • Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements, including background checks and drug screens.
