What you will do

  • Lead new customers through benefits implementations, ensuring benefits, payroll, and HR business processes are set up effectively.
  • Plan and review key project timelines with customers to ensure deliverables and go-lives are achieved.
  • Configure and test application modules and collaborate with project managers on defining project plans.
  • Analyze client's existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes to guide them toward the best solution.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the implementation group's methodology, processes, and supporting tools.
  • Coordinate and report critical issues to project managers and work with third-party resources where appropriate.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of benefits implementation experience.
  • Location: Must be based in Charlotte, NC, USA.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • Four-year degree or equivalent education and business experience.
  • Technical understanding and capabilities with high attention to detail.
