TL;DR

What you will do

  • Conduct user interviews to deeply understand pain points and validate demand and scalability.
  • Rapidly prototype and ship MVPs independently using AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and Lovable.
  • Design and execute lightweight marketing and distribution strategies to drive early user adoption.
  • Automate business workflows across functions and replace manual processes with AI-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate directly with founders and cross-functional teams to turn ambiguous ideas into working products.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Product Management or Product Operations within startup environments.
  • Hands-on experience with modern AI workflows and tools (e.g., Cursor, n8n, Claude, OpenAI, Lovable).
  • Strong skills in customer empathy and conducting effective user interviews.
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing, SEO, or growth hacking.
  • Analytical mindset with strong frameworks for prioritization and data-driven decision-making.
  • CET timezone alignment is preferred.
