What you will do

• Provide technical support for LIMS and Cloud-based Data Analytics software platforms.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis using log files and system instrumentation.
• Track and document all actions taken to address production issues.
• Develop and document best practices for handling requests and implement reliable processes.
• Identify and codify solutions to frequent issues as documented and scripted processes.
• Manage access to PHI in compliance with security and privacy standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Working knowledge of Java and Spring framework.
• Experience with relational databases, specifically MySQL.
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Groovy scripting language.
• Experience with Python and web services.
• MS Degree in Computer Science or similar discipline.
