What you will do

• Build and maintain test automation frameworks and reusable testing tools and libraries.
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and implement release quality gates to improve deployment confidence.
• Improve test reliability, reduce flaky tests, and manage test data and infrastructure.
• Define testing strategies, best practices, and create comprehensive standards and documentation.
• Coach engineers on testing and quality ownership while reviewing solutions for reliability.
• Analyze incidents to prevent regressions and track quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of testing experience.
• Strong coding skills in Python (or willingness to write in Python).
• Experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar (Playwright is used internally).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of software architecture and distributed systems.
• Must be located within the EMEA region.
