What you will do
- Execute and monitor daily data file deliveries and trigger system ingestions.
- Manage "Kill Lists" and coordinate with Data Services to resolve delivery delays.
- Create and edit campaigns for accurate account segmentation based on strategy.
- Provide agent support, including onboarding, skilling, and basic troubleshooting.
- Monitor agent thresholds (Excessive ACW, Long Breaks) and report exceptions in real-time.
- Conduct research via JIRA for call logs, audio requests, and account discrepancies.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in dialer administration, WFM, or collections.
- Proficiency with JIRA, Slack, and dialer platforms such as Five9, Genesis, or Noble.
- High level of accuracy in data entry and a detective mindset for researching discrepancies.
- Work authorization and residency in the United States.
