What you will do

• Develop and test software used between vehicle interfaces and embedded systems for flashing and testing.
• Create flexible and portable code for updating electric control units (ECUs) both inside and outside the vehicle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements for flash and test infrastructure and communications.
• Port and customize test code for new environments and identify potential development risks.
• Document development progress and track work using enterprise tools.
• Coordinate with plants, product engineering, and IT to ensure seamless system integration.

Requirements

• Expert level C++ coding capability.
• Experience with Linux operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with hardware, USB, TCP/IP, and SQL.
• Proficiency in unit testing.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Warren, Michigan.
