What you will do

  • Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for a portfolio of key customers to maximize value across the product suite.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customers, including onboarding, delivery, and post-deployment project milestones.
  • Monitor performance metrics and usage trends to identify opportunities for value realization and improvement.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and account reviews using data-led narratives to demonstrate impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Tech teams to share customer insights and support product development.
  • Support account renewals and expansions by building business cases aligned with long-term partner goals.

Requirements

  • Experience working within a commercial or franchised bus operation is essential.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or project management role within the public transport, SaaS, or consulting industries.
  • Strong ability to interpret data, usage trends, and ROI metrics.
  • Proven project management skills with an ability to remain organized and deadline-driven under pressure.
  • Ability to travel periodically for customer meetings and onboarding sessions.
  • Knowledge of bus scheduling is highly preferred.
