What you will do

• Own initiative areas end-to-end, from researching opportunities to commissioning products.
• Identify, recruit, and support founders and leaders for new incubated initiatives.
• Design organizational structures and set strategic plans for assigned areas.
• Manage contractors, external collaborators, and vendor relationships.
• Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies for new tools and technologies.
• Break down complex, ambiguous goals into actionable milestones and deliverables.

Requirements

• Proven ability to drive ambitious, defined goals to completion resourcefully.
• Experience in project management, including scoping work and tracking dependencies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from scratch with limited guidance.
• Strong research skills to understand the status quo and identify unaddressed needs.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate within a small, agile team.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools to increase productivity and managing external talent.
