What you will do
- Define the product strategy and OKRs for Key Accounts to drive growth and partner value.
- Engage directly with enterprise partners to understand their business models and operational needs.
- Collaborate with commercial leadership to build and execute a shared product roadmap.
- Develop measurement frameworks to demonstrate the impact of the partnership.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data analysts.
- Represent the product domain to senior leadership and drive alignment across the organization.
Requirements
- Must be based in London or able to work from the London office.
- Multi-year experience in a Senior or Staff Product Management role within a marketplace or platform business.
- Proven track record of delivering transformational business outcomes and moving key metrics.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and drive alignment.
- Rigorous analytical mindset with experience building business cases and measurement frameworks.
- Ability to work independently with a remote manager and thrive in a high-autonomy environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in the grocery, coffee, or fast casual restaurant sectors.
- Deep understanding of performance metrics like footfall, basket size, and sell-through.
