What you will do

  • Define the product strategy and OKRs for Key Accounts to drive growth and partner value.
  • Engage directly with enterprise partners to understand their business models and operational needs.
  • Collaborate with commercial leadership to build and execute a shared product roadmap.
  • Develop measurement frameworks to demonstrate the impact of the partnership.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and data analysts.
  • Represent the product domain to senior leadership and drive alignment across the organization.

Requirements

  • Must be based in London or able to work from the London office.
  • Multi-year experience in a Senior or Staff Product Management role within a marketplace or platform business.
  • Proven track record of delivering transformational business outcomes and moving key metrics.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and drive alignment.
  • Rigorous analytical mindset with experience building business cases and measurement frameworks.
  • Ability to work independently with a remote manager and thrive in a high-autonomy environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the grocery, coffee, or fast casual restaurant sectors.
  • Deep understanding of performance metrics like footfall, basket size, and sell-through.
