What you will do

• Partner with Product, Commercial, and Promotions teams to define and deliver the promotions vision.
• Provide strategic guidance on planning, measurement, and optimization using data science capabilities.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Science teams to co-develop and test new promotion solutions.
• Lead workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements and validate solution designs.
• Build strong relationships across Tesco and hirify.global to bridge commercial needs and technical capabilities.
• Develop robust measurement frameworks to assess promotional effectiveness and identify innovation opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail consulting, promotions strategy, or product implementation in data-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of retail pricing and promotions, ideally within the UK grocery sector.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Science, and Commercial.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex programs.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
