What you will do
- Evaluate and test vehicles at the Mons proving ground.
- Analyze shift quality issues and identify root causes.
- Define and implement calibration strategies based on transmission physics and system limitations.
- Ensure automatic transmission performance and robustness under all operating conditions.
- Analyze measurement data and vehicle logs to validate calibration changes.
- Prepare technical reports and deliver validated calibration datasets according to schedules.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in Powertrain Calibration.
- Master’s degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field.
- Fluent English and French.
- Experience with automotive calibration and diagnostic tools such as ETAS INCA or AVL tools.
- Valid driving license held for more than three years.
- Proficiency with data acquisition and measurement analysis.
