What you will do

• Evaluate and test vehicles at the Mons proving ground.
• Analyze shift quality issues and identify root causes.
• Define and implement calibration strategies based on transmission physics and system limitations.
• Ensure automatic transmission performance and robustness under all operating conditions.
• Analyze measurement data and vehicle logs to validate calibration changes.
• Prepare technical reports and deliver validated calibration datasets according to schedules.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in Powertrain Calibration.
• Master’s degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field.
• Fluent English and French.
• Experience with automotive calibration and diagnostic tools such as ETAS INCA or AVL tools.
• Valid driving license held for more than three years.
• Proficiency with data acquisition and measurement analysis.
