Location: Must be based in East Syracuse, NY (Relocation package available)

Compensation: $245,600 - $331,500

What you will do

  • Lead the overall business, financial, and strategic performance of the Surveillance Systems product portfolio.
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps, pricing strategies, and market positioning.
  • Drive successful execution of customer programs, ensuring profitability and achievement of business objectives.
  • Identify market trends, emerging technologies, and acquisition opportunities for portfolio growth.
  • Build and maintain high-impact customer relationships and support business development initiatives.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Product Managers to foster organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, engineering, or operations.
  • 15+ years of experience managing large Program or Product teams.
  • 10+ years of experience in a high-technology or development environment, preferably in Aerospace and Defense.
  • Proven ability to derive design requirements and manage business capture activities including proposal writing.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen as a condition of employment.
