Direct To Consumer (D2C) E-commerce Manager (Ecommerce): Growing and scaling D2C presence across third-party online stores in Ukraine with an accent on commercial ownership of the channel and optimizing the end-to-end customer journey. Focus on driving revenue through performance marketing, analyzing data for commercial initiatives, and leading high-impact campaigns.

Location: Hybrid (Kyiv, Ukraine). Must be based in Kyiv

What you will do

  • Own the channel P&L and lead commercial performance across third-party marketplaces.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and customer retention.
  • Optimize the end-to-end online customer journey, from product discovery to checkout.
  • Lead high-impact campaigns, product launches, and peak trading activities to maximize sales.
  • Partner on performance marketing and CRM initiatives to strengthen demand generation.
  • Deliver clear reporting and performance insights to enable data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Economics, or a related field.
  • Approximately 3 years of experience in e-commerce, D2C, or digital marketplaces.
  • Must be based in Kyiv and available to work in a hybrid office model.
  • Fluent English and Ukrainian language proficiency.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools.
  • Strong commercial, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
