What you will do

• Lead partner-led implementation projects to ensure successful client outcomes and shared ownership.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance to partners on implementation frameworks and methodologies.
• Facilitate coordination between partners and internal Services, Data, and Support teams.
• Serve as the primary technical and business resource for partners throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Educate internal Sales and Marketing teams on partner capabilities and offerings.
• Document processes and influence internal and external stakeholders to maintain high standards of project delivery.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day of employment (no visa sponsorship).
• Proven experience in Financial Services or Consulting in client-facing roles.
• Strong technical background with proficiency in programming or scripting, specifically Python.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, independent environment.
• Deep understanding of investment management software and enterprise deployment domains.

• Previous experience implementing hirify.global clients.
• Prior experience in investment management software implementations.
• Background in project management.
